Professional Transport Operator (Truck Driver)
This position is for operation and partial maintenance of a Semi transport tractor and trailer. Individual positions consist of pulling tankers, lowboys, Roll - offs, or dry transport trailers. (Please check out our equipment listing page for pictures of equipment). Trucks and trailers are assigned to individual drivers for their care and operation. Major maintenance items are performed by our company mechanics. Benefits include company sponsored 401k plan, health insurance, life insurance, paid vacations, extra overnight pay for anytime a driver is required to stay away from home overnight, company uniforms, scheduled days off, bonuses paid if you work your scheduled day off. Pay levels based on experience and driving record, $40,000 - $50,000 potential during first full year of employment, CDL license required with tanker endorsement.
Equipment Loader Technician (Small equipment Operator)
This position is for the operation of various specialty pumps, tractors, and power units. This involves loading trucks and tankers, hooking up loading hoses, and operating various engines and motors. Some basic knowledge of engines and routine maintenance required. Benefits include company sponsored 401k plan, health insurance, life insurance, paid vacations, extra overnight pay for anytime a operator is required to stay away from home overnight, company uniforms, scheduled days off, bonuses paid if you work your scheduled day off. Pay levels based on prior experience.
Professional Land Application Operator (Heavy Equipment Operator position)
This position is for the operation and partial maintenance of Heavy Equipment specifically Terragator land application liquid and or dry machines. Along with operation of these machines additional heavy equipment operations could consist of operating a bulldozer, excavator, John Deere tractors and special application equipment. Equipment is assigned to individual operators for their care and operation. Major maintenance items are performed by our company mechanics. Benefits include company sponsored 401k plan, health insurance, life insurance, paid vacations, extra overnight pay for anytime a driver is required to stay away from home overnight, company uniforms, scheduled days off, bonuses paid if you work your scheduled day off. Pay levels based on experience and driving record. Prior farming experience and or Heavy Equipment operation required.
Project Consultant (Mid Management entry position)
This position entails a variety of job duties including on site sales and investigation, bid preparation, soil testing, biosolids testing, crew supervision, monthly reporting, permit preparation, assistance in daily scheduling and a variety of other daily operational duties. This is a professional salaried position that offers great flexibility. Benefits include company sponsored 401k plan, health insurance, life insurance, paid vacations, company pickup truck. Pay levels negotiable based on educational level and experience.
This position requires occasional overnight travel, both in office and out of the office work, and a great work ethic.
